Ingredients:
For the chicken:
Chicken breast, cubed
White wine
Lemon juice
Olive oil
Garlic
Oregano
Himalayan salt
Fresh cracked black pepper
Bamboo skewers (soaked in water)
For the pita:
Pita bread
Olive oil
For the tzatziki sauce:
Greek yogurt

Dill
Lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Marinate the chicken in white wine, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper for at least a few hours or overnight.
Soak the bamboo skewers in water so they don’t burn on the grill.

Brush the pita with olive oil and warm it up.
Combine the tzatziki ingredients and mix well.
Assemble your gyro with the chicken, pita, and tzatziki, and enjoy!
